Payment Options

At Carmen Hosting Company, we make it easy and secure for you to pay for our VPS, dedicated servers, and colocation services. Choose the method that best fits your organization’s workflow—or reach out for alternative solutions.

Standard Payment Methods

• PayPal — Pay instantly with your PayPal balance or linked bank card.
• Credit & Debit Cards — We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay.
• Bank Transfer (Wire) — Settle invoices via SWIFT or ACH transfer. Banking details are provided on each invoice.

Special Payment Requests

Need an alternative payment channel? We support the following methods upon request:

• Bitcoin (BTC) & other major cryptocurrencies
• WeChat Pay (微信支付)
• Alipay (支付宝)

To enable one of these options, please email [email protected]. We will create a one‑time secure payment link. A 3 % service fee is added to cover processing costs for these special channels.

Invoices & Receipts

• Invoices are issued in USD by default, with net‑15 payment terms unless otherwise agreed.
• Receipts are automatically emailed upon successful payment.
• If you require local‑currency quotes or tax documentation, contact [email protected].

Security & Compliance

All online transactions are processed through PCI‑DSS compliant gateways. We never store full card numbers on our servers.
